Project consists of an approximate 11,000 square foot main house (basement and ground floor) and a 3000 square foot guest house.
Structural system consists of steel roof joists and beams, load bearing concrete walls, load bearing glass walls, and continuous concrete footings and slabs.
Unique features include:
Load bearing glass walls on northwest side of main house.
Large cantilever beams for exterior canopy.
Elevated concrete floor system over basement.
Exposed concrete walls.
