Project Description:

• Structural design and construction documents for the renovation of approximately 2,500 square feet of an existing historic residence and a 5,000 square foot addition.

• Design and detailing required to modify existing wood framed structure.

• Included excavation adjacent to existing structure of a basement for the new addition.

• New addition consisted of concrete basement walls, elevated concrete hollow core floor and roof slabs, and new structural steel beams and columns.
