Quiroga-Pfeiffer Engineering Corporation (QPEC) is a consulting engineering firm that provides quality structural engineering services to a variety of clients - including architects, local, state, and federal government agencies, other engineering firms and construction companies. QPEC is committed to providing the highest level of structural consulting services.
Established in 1996 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, QPEC has collaborated on projects across the globe. Our principal engineers are Fernando Quiroga, P.E., Richard Pfeiffer, P.E., and David Grabiel, P.E. With over 60 years of combined professional structural and civil engineering practice, we have the depth of experience and design expertise to provide clients with structural engineering for bridge and transportation structures, buildings and facilities, and water resource structures. Our engineers are registered in New Mexico, Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas.
QPEC has developed a large clientele by focusing on quality finished products and client satisfaction - resulting in the majority of our business to be with returning clients.
